Lolli as we call her is a TINY, correct mare sired by National Top 10 Nostalgias Whistle Blower. She has been lab-tested LWO negative but does carry the splash gene. So excited to have this little girl on our farm.

She came with the barn name Daisy, so that's what we call this adorable, sweet little mare. She's in-your-pocket friendly and so pretty as well.

Jazzy has grown into a beautiful little mare, sired by National top-10 Nostalgias Whistle Blower. She's beyond friendly and I would love to have a pasture full of more mares just like her!

Events

When I purchase broodmares for our farm, of course health and conformation are paramount, but beyond that the next things I look for are temperament and size. Many of our foals are sold to families who want them for companions for themselves or their children and grandchildren, so I want my horses to be very people-friendly.

I also prefer mares that are small. To me part of the charm of the miniature is the very petite size. None of our mares is taller than 32”, with the exception of “Frosty” who is 34” and can be ridden by small children. More about that later!

I don’t place as much emphasis on pedigrees in our mares because our stallions can contribute the desirable bloodlines to our foals. Even so, some of our mares do carry the most recognizable names in the business.
